About Us
Populus is a Fredericton-based health-data company founded in 2010. From the beginning, our focus has been on building connected, standards-based health-information infrastructure that helps providers, researchers, and health systems make better use of their data.
International Foundations
Our early work included the development of a national health-information-system platform in Belize — one of the region’s first fully integrated country-wide digital health systems. Several years later, the same platform was adopted in Barbados and other Caribbean jurisdictions. Our work has taken us to more than 20 countries and established Populus’ reputation for delivering complex, interoperable architecture across diverse health environments.
